With 10 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this home is designed for large families and groups who want space, comfort, and a prime 30A location.

With Gulf Place and public beach access just a short walk away, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy some of 30A's most loved dining, shopping, and coastal experiences without ever needing to get in the car.

**Elevator Access The home includes a residential elevator that guests may use when available. It’s maintained regularly and is offered as an added convenience, but availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
